Hi, I’m Margarita.
A proud and loving mama to three amazing kids—including twins!
As a parent, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to balance the emotional and physical demands of raising children while trying to care for your own well-being. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing practical tools and strategies to help parents manage anxiety, reduce stress, and create a more peaceful, joyful balanced family life.
With a background in emotional healing and a deep love for empowering others, I’ve dedicated myself to learning how to overcome challenges, build resilience, and embrace self-compassion. My own journey has taught me that managing anxiety starts with creating a nurturing space —for yourself and your children—where everyone feels seen, valued, accepted, supported and whole.
